It work with a receiver for 5.3K Hz un-coded heart rate belt or Bluetooth smart devices like Polar H7, Wahoo Fitness Blue, Fitcare HR. Fitcare helps you get the most out of your workout or fitness activity. It provides a comprehensive time in zones which can help you design fitness routines that are highly effective. Set your heart level, then you can focus your exercise in the Fat Burning, Aerobic, Anaerobic or other specific zones. The application also measures total time, the time in heart rate zone, the average heart rate, the max and min heart rate, and save the useful parameter to History, you can check the record easily and make a efficiency plan for your exercise. Enable the alarm and set the max and min level of the heart rate, there will be alarms when the heart rate exceed this level.
